mediped socks are the best

Date:March 5, 2009
I bought a few for my mother (93 years old and type II) and they are comfortable and do not leave any marks on her legs. [...] My husband (not diabetic) likes them also because they don't pull the hair on his legs - like all other socks (common problem for men). I'd recommend them for anyone - diabetic or not. They are very soft and comfortable.

very comfortable for exercising

Date:May 3, 2008
Pros: Affordable, Comfortable
Cons: No cons
I ruptured a disc in my lower back eight years ago and have had problems with swelling feet that have interfered with exercising ever since. I purchased a single pair of these socks in January and have used them exclusively ever since. I have not been able to find another pair where I live and have not gotten around to ordering them from the Internet, so I wash the same pair every day (sometime twice a day) and they have proven to be exceptionally durable. Using this single pair, I have been able to exercise almost every day (sometime twice a day) for the past four months. My workouts entail an hour or more at the YMCA on an elliptical strider and/or walking approximately four and one-half miles with a 50-pound pack on my back and the socks have help up to the pounding and the stress.

Great socks for diabetics

Date:January 8, 2008
Pros: Very comfortable socks
Cons: Expensive
I bought these socks for my dad. We have looked for a long time to find something that was not tight at the top of his socks and would cut off his circulation. So far he loves them. I am not sure about durability since he has not had them that long. For the money I would hope they last.

My mother-in-law needs this particular brand, her feet and legs have problems and this is the only brand we have found that does not bother her.
