Use Everyday 24/7

Date:December 3, 2012
Pros: Very Absorbant, tapes are strong, plastic backing, wetness indicator
Cons: challenging to apply and change, talk to your doctor first
These briefs are perfect for urinary incontinence condition called Urge Incontinence (overactive bladder), believe me, these briefs work best during the daytime and nighttime with some extra booster protection or bladder control pads with out plastic backing. They are good for active incontinent people who are suffering from an overactive bladder who go out a lot, work around the home, home work, bedtime, anytime, and they good for 2 voids and then it has to be changed to avoid rashes. My doctor recommends these for my condition everyday 24 and 7 days a week.

Really good diapers

Date:October 17, 2012
Pros: No Leaks
These are the best overnight diapers I have found. They very seldom leak and really do hold a lot. They have sure cut down on my laundry!

What a difference

Date:July 12, 2012
Pros: Absorbent, fairly quiet, Eliminates odors
Cons: a little snugger then i expected
I've seen a lot of complaints about the tapes on these diapers but personally haven't had that issue as well as issues with noise and smell, neither of which am I noticing. I do however notice it being highly adsorbent and comfortable to wear wet making it more comfortable to wear then most store available options. My only real complaint is that the waist hip size is stated for being a 32-44 inch and I'm finding it a bit difficult to get the right comfortable snugness

Good for bedwetters

Date:September 7, 2011
Pros: Reliable, easy on skin
Cons: not quite a full medium
Although overall the diaper could be a little bigger, i find that when combining this with the right plastic pants and mattress pad, the ATN is a mattress-saver, and helps keep urine odor away. The extra tapes allow me to get the maximum value out of the absorbancy, preventing sagging and leaking. Generally with these on i only wake up once, usually to adjust tapes. Relatively comfy on scar tissue.

unfortunately

Date:August 10, 2011
This used to be he best product on the market. Probably due to the economy problems they have changed the design in my opinion and it is not as absorbent a diaper as it used to be. Thanks to Walgreens good return program I was able to return the order.

the best diaper made

Date:April 27, 2010
Pros: Sturdy, Lightweight, Extremely absorbant
I have a 16 year old boy. He is quadriplegic. This diaper is the only one I have found that will contain his urine.

Remarkably good

Date:April 1, 2010
Absorbs a lot and rarely leaks, even when sleeping on side.
The refastenable tapes are the two-part variety: the lower tape sticks permanently to the outer cover, and the top tape can be detached and reattached to this lower tape. You can open and close this system but cannot adjust the fit after placing the tapes.

Pretty much all through the night...

Date:March 16, 2009
Cons: Would like better fit
Use these mostly at night. They do seem to hold pretty good volumn. Would like better fit on sides, maybe some elastic.
