Pros: smaller tablet size
I order these tablets from Walgreens because I'm having more and more difficulty finding this product in a tablet size I can swallow. One takes four of these a day.

I took this product 10 years ago, when I worked a construction site, and then I took it 3 years ago during a humid winter, when my knees were really swollen, and hard to bend.
And now, I am taking it again, because of the weather, and my knees are swollen again, with all of the products on the market, this one stands out the most, as able to help with my joints, my knees, my lower back.
I have to take it for 3 weeks, before my knees go back to their original size. But, it is worth the money and time to take the product, just follow the directions.

I find that if I take Glocosamine, Chrondrotin and MSM I have less problems with my joints. My chiropractor recommended this treatment
