Pros: Color, application, smell
I was hesitant to use a self tanner for fear of looking fake and streaky, but this product has a nice bronze color and it goes on nicely as long as you apply it according to the recommendations. I will happily use this product all summer instead of damaging my skin by baking in the sun. Many have commented negatively about the glitter, it really didn't bother me and I thought it gave the color a nice subtle sheen. Maybe it would be too much shine on the beach, but then again, might be just a matter of preference and what type of clothing you have on :)

Cons: Glitter, skimmer, had to wash hands asap to avoid orange hands, jergens is better
I didn't know that it would have shimmering glitter in the lotion and wasn't ready for that at all. I had to give it to a friend that like to wear body glitter because I don't like looking cheap. It's a good tanner but the glitter killed all the effects. Sorry I don't like this product.

I like this product except for the sparkles. It is easy to apply quite evenly because it is tinted, and the color is very natural.
The sparkles on the other hand, pretty much scream out "FAKE TAN". I don't know about you, but when I get a natural tan, my skin does not suddenly get sparkly.
I noticed that this product loses effectiveness over time, so it is important to use it when it is fresh. To that end, I would think L'Oreal would want to put an expiration date on the bottle.

This is the best self tanner I've tried. It did not leave color on my palms, it gives an even sun-like tan, not any goofy orange coloring. It has a very pleasant scent and the bronzing does not rub off on clothing.

I tried this product for the first time today. I did like the fact that it wasn't sticky and was very easy to apply although it dries almost too quickly. It is very hard to get it to go on smooth without streaks because it dries almost immediately. If you like glitter and sparkles, this is the product for you. It has a very pretty bronze color but has way too much "sparkle" to it which makes it look not so natural.

I saw all the great reviews on this product thinking that, WOW this must be a great product. So I, of coarse went and bought it. I must say i am not very impressed. It got all streaky and looked very orange. It was also not very cheap and it smelled bad. I tried mixing it with baby lotion to see if that would tone down the orange, and it did. After mixing it with a little baby lotion, it appeared more natural and even. But I still didnt wanna pay money for something that i had to mix with other stuff. Jergens Natural Glow is DEFINATLY the best.

I will use this product again! I am very fair skinned, and this product worked great for me. It is more like a gel then a lotion, which I liked. I felt it made applying it much easier than a typical lotion. I suggest exfoliating VERY well in a hot shower before application. Apply baby oil lightly with a cotton ball to dry areas like: knees, elbows, knuckles, cuticles, toes, ankles and heels before applying self tanner. I strongly recommend using very tight disposable gloves when applying to the body & face & rub the back of the hands together to apply to hands(use a small amount in this area and blend residue to fingers), this way your palms don't turn orange. I have found I prefer to apply self tanners before bed this way I can go to sleep nude or in loose fitting clothes to let the tanner develop evenly. I did notice with this product it is very important to keep my skin well moisturized every day after application to keep my tan looking nice and even. If you have never used a self tanner I would recommend watching tutrials online. They have many great videos with excellent tips.

Pros: you will look naturally tan
I love how quickly you see results, I do recommend putting it on at night and rinsing off in the morning, it has a sparkly affect to it. But works very well, I am fair skinned and didn't end up with streaks at all! Also use rubber gloves when you rub it on that way you won't end up with wierd color on your hands! I just bought a disposable box from Wahlgreen's for very cheap!

I do really like this product. I've recently decided to stop indoor and limit outdoor uv exposure. So I wanted an alternative that was budget friendly and would give me a beautiful tan. This does the trick. Some don't like the sparkles, but I find, even on the face they aren't too over powering especially if you apply in the morning and do your normal make-up routine atop you can hardly even see them. Give it a try!

This is the best ever and I have tried everything. I have dry skin so I applied my regular lotion first. Waited a few minutes and then applied the tanner. No weird smell. Looked good after 2 applications. After 3 it looks great!

I am very pleased with this product. I used it in conjunction with indoor tanning. It REALLY complemented the indoor tanning nicely. I have since stopped using tanning beds and have started using this product alone. No, it doesn't look quite as natural as it did when I was tanning indoors, but it still is the best product I've found. Many friends and co-workers have asked what I've been doing....and I share the secret! Give it a try.

I've used almost every self tanner there is at Walgreens, sprays, lotions, gels, creams, you name it I've tried it (Yes, even the expensive brands at high end makeup stores). This is by far the best sunless tanner I've ever used. It's even, it doesn't look radioactive orange, it's not super glittery, not greasy, it's basically perfect. I'm so glad I don't wont have to bask in the Arizona sun this summer and ruin my skin in order to get a nice tan, because this product does that all for me. I rub it on right before I go to bed after I've taken a shower & when I wake up it looks like I spent yesterday in California! I cannot possibly put into words how fantastic this product is, so please, whatever you do, do not hesitate to buy this product, trust me it's worth it!

This tanner is amazing!! I used to be ghostly pale. i could never tan! i live in arizona and i still couldnt tan!! but now i have nice, tan, olive skin! Apply it carefull and put on lotion afterwards and it will be even!!

I really did enjoy this product! It did not turn my skin orange to look like an oompa loompa like I was afraid of! My tan looks natural, but I was expecting a bit more gradual than I got. Normally I am extremely pale, and after only one use I was darker than one of my hispanic friends, but thats okay.
