Pros: Simple To Take, Quick-Acting
I used this to help me relieve excess water weight after child birth & I lost 23lbs within 3weeks just by eating lighter & taking these pills. They help when your not the type to exercise daily. I luv em.

Cons: Doesn't Work
I was not impressed with the effects of the medicine. I'm sure I'll end up seeing my doctor to get prescription strength as these pills seemed to do exactly nothing.

Cons: Wears Off Quickly
very effective for me...i use them when i go to the lake for the weekend to drop some water weight really quick. I start taking them 4 days out and by the weekend im feeling good and have dropped a couple vanity pounds...also, they seem to effect my mood and I'm feeling great everyday I use them!

Cons: Results Fade Over Time, Wears Off Quickly
I use on a daily basis to reduce water build up from sodium foods and soft drinks.
