I'm undergoing physical therapy right now and my doc has me using this product. It's so great, the stretch is excellent that I've decided to buy one for my own use at home. My husband and I both use it now and it's so effective, we get better stretch on it than any other means.

Combined with the Strassburg Sock, this is both the best and most cost-effective way to treat and/or prevent lower leg injuries. I would recommend this to ALL runners.
