Good So Far
Date:February 19, 2012
Pros: Great Price, great speed
Cons: the amount of megs taken is more than actually use
I bought the USB version of this service and so far have found it to be good. The one thing that you will want to do when you first use it is to buy more megs, as they give you enough to get onto their site and buy some. One thing that I did notice is the amount of time that is on the package and the ones listed for the prepaid card in the store were for different amount for the same price. When I called and asked about it, the person explained that the amount that you get depends on the device. Other than that, I it has worked great for me, as it has helped me in doing things online that I really need to do.

ready wireless adapter u598
Date:February 10, 2011
Pros: it works and can be fast
Cons: setup and usage can be confusing and the instructi
It does work as advertized, but it was not perfect. Before it worked properly, I needed to download the latest software, which was an upgrade from the supplied disk. Installation was not for computer amateurs. Once all set up, it did work mostly smoothly, except for some bugs that told me my limit of use had been reached, when it was not. Some times I needed to reboot to clear this error. To make a long story short, speeds can vary a lot, from very fast to slow. It depends on the time of day and where you are. I liked the way the software controlling the adapter worked, it gives you a constant reading on usage and transfer speeds. Its a deal for sure, everyone who has a laptop should have one just in case they need an internet connection. You can add usage over the phone and you can check on your status both over the phone and on the internet.

Review 4 for Prepaid Wireless Broadband
Location:St. Louis, MO.
Date:August 9, 2010
Pros: bandwidth was as advertised.
Cons: you pay for airtime that you cannot use!
I purchased the Ready Mobile Readybroadband USB device along with the largest airtime card available. After using the service each session I would dutifully check my air time balance on line. My troubles began when I could not login when I had a 269MB balance. A call to customer service resulted in frustration, a long wait and a rude service rep saying that their online balance reporting was not accurate. 269MB worth!?
