Cons: can't use while on antibiotics
I take these for lactose intolerance and they work very well. Mind you, I can eat cheese without problems, so my intolerance is probably not as low as others. But when it comes to milk, yogurt, and ice-cream, I use these pills. I just take one right before I have milk and such.
As a warning - I took antibiotics for an ear infection recently, and I thought they were giving me side-effects of diarrhea and cramps. It was actually because these probiotics stopped working with them, so my lactose intolerant symptoms showed up. Do NOT use these while on antibiotics.

Works to keep yeast infections my husband was having down to a minimal, as long as he takes the Acidophilus Probiotic. He is diabetic and this has been a big help for him.

I bought this because my other brand wasn't on sale and I am glad it wasn't because boy O boy what an different this brand is an keeper. I can't began to tell you how it really EMPTY everything out maybe even from days past.

No tummy troubles. Tummy is flat again and it's not due to BM's (no issues there) but just an overall comfortable feeling. For me it suppresses appetite and I have more energy. One a day in the morning works for me. 5 days and 5 lbs lost. I may have to get some more while it is on sale. Found it in-store for the same price.

I had been having problems with feeling bloated all the time. I work out everyday and eat fairly healthy so I didn't know what the heck was going on. I decided to try this brand of acidophilus because it was on sale (yes, I'm cheap) and I took it that same afternoon. Within a few hours all the gas was coming out of me and my tummy felt normal! Next morning: I feel great. My dad also took it that same afternoon with me. He has had problems with his digestive system. I think he has IBS. He suffers from incomplete emptying and bloating and probably other stuff that he hasn't told me about. He has a big, firm belly and I think it's full of excrement. He told me this morning that he went to the bathroom 5 times last night and that he felt so relieved. Not even milk of magnesia made him "empty", it just made his tummy hurt. I hope this helps him more in the future. I hope it jumps starts a healthy lifestyle for him.
