The warmer is awesome, I used to have to re-heat the microwave wax which was annoying. The warmer keeps the wax at the perfect temp.

I love this wax and hope to never have to go to a salon again for facial hair removal. I have done my eye brows also.
You do have to make sure you have the container of wax push down fully into the heater so that the bottom of the container has contact with the small metal piece on the heater.
IF you do this, the wax will fully melt in 25 minutes. I you don't have it pushed down tightly, it will take forever to melt.
When applying the wax it is helpful to use a just enough wax each time, if you spread it too thin it, it will be brittle and difficult to remove.
I love this product and hope it will always be available to purchase. I plan on purchasing some backup refills, just in case...

This product is messy. It works better if you use it on your face. If you use it on your legs, it gets very sticky and it is diificult to remove; also you'll never finish!!. It takes forever to fully heat up. It does however work at removing the hair.

I use this for facial hair other than eyebrows as I do not want to risk dripping hot wax in my eyes. It heats in 20 to 25 minutes if you leave the lid on and then stir it. I have never had a problem applying or removing it and it is effective for me.

Cons: takes a long time to heat up, wax is brittle and difficult to remove from skin
I was looking forward to trying this wax because I have used Sally Hansen hot wax before and found it effective. However this wax is terrible. The instructions say that the wax would be ready "within 25 minutes." Try 45-60 minutes. The wax does not come off well. If you remove the wax too soon, then it's sticky and difficult to remove. If you wait just a little too long then the wax is brittle and won't come off in one pull. I had some success with removing the wax, but it's like you have to find this open window of just a few seconds when the wax is able to be removed well. I bought the wax today, used it today, and am hoping to get a refund tomorrow.

Cons: horrible
This was the worst product i have ever used! The wax got ALL over me and would NOT come off no matter what! Besides the wax dripping all over me, the wax didnt even get the hairs out! I followed all the directions carefully, it just left my skin RED,IRRITATED,AND BURNING!(with ALL the hairs still there. At first i thought the wax smelled pretty good, but towards the ednd of my adventure it gave me a killer headache and i threw up! I would DEFFIATLY NOT REMCOMEND THIS TO ANYONE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!
