The pre- 2012 formula worked...side effects and all. They took it off the market...brought it back and now it doesn't work. Eat as much fat as you want b/c it just doesn't work.

First time I tried Alli was May 12, 2010. I weighed 340 pounds. Since I suffered from blood clots I basically had to watch what I ate since I could not workout and with the help of Alli I weighed 258 by March of 2011. I did lose enough weight where I was able to join the YMCA and of course continued my healthy eating. I recommend Alli TO ANY AND EVERYONE.

Cons: too expensive
I would definately recommend this product for anyone serious about losing alot of weight.It helped me lose 30 pounds in the past.
